Riser Refresher Cocktail Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye Whiskey
- Squeeze Lemon Juice
- Lemon Sparkling Water
Glassware
- Highball Glass
Method
- Add 2 oz of Locke + Co Aspen Aged Rye Whiskey to your glass with ice.
- Fill the rest of the glass with lemon sparkling water
- Squeeze in a lemon slice
- Enjoy

Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co Big Catch Bourbon
- ½ oz Cherry Liqueur
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio of brown sugar to water)
Garnish
- Maraschino Cherry
Glassware
- Rocks Glass
Method
- Combine ingredients in a cocktail shaker three-quarters filled with ice
- Shake vigorously for 15 – 20 seconds
- Strain into rock glass container several medium sized ice cubes
- Garnish with a cherry
- Enjoy

- 2 oz Locke + Co Big Catch Bourbon
- ½ oz Coffee Liqueur
- ¼ oz Brown Sugar Syrup (2:1 ratio of brown sugar to water)
Garnish
- Orange Twist

- Rocks Glass
Method
- Add several medium-sized ice cubes to a rocks glass
- Combine ingredients in glass
- Stir for 10 – 15 seconds
- Express orange peel over glass
- Twist orange peel and garnish on glass rim

Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye Whiskey
- 6 pineapple chunks
- 4 basil leaves
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Agave syrup
Preparation
- Muddle basil and pineapple chunks, add lemon juice, agave and whiskey
- Shake for at least 30 secs very very hard.
- Strain over ice.

Apple Cider Hot Toddy
Locke + Co. Apple Cider Hot Toddy
Warm and cozy, this Apple Cider Hot Toddy is perfect for sipping on my the fire this holiday season. You can use hard apple cider for a strong treat!
Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 4 oz apple cider
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 2 teaspoon honey
- 1 cinnamon stick
Preparation
- Combine the apple cider, lemon juice, honey, and cinnamon stick in a small saucepan.
- Bring to a boil over medium-low heat, then reduce heat and simmer for about five minutes.
- Remove from heat, stir in the whiskey, and serve immediately.
Notes
Look for unfiltered apple cider if you can find it. It has a lot more apple-tastic flavor to it!
To make this for a large crowd, use the following measurements: 1/5 bottle of whiskey, 1/2 gallon of apple cider, 1/4 cup lemon juice, 2/3 cup of honey, and 4 cinnamon sticks. Makes 16 drinks. Keep simmering on the stove with a ladle and mugs nearby, or pour all into a slow cooker, and let cook on high for two hours before serving.

Apple Cider Old Fashioned
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 2 oz apple cider
- 2 apple slices
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1 sugar cube
- Dash of bitters
Preparation
- Combine bitters, sugar cube and 1 apple slice in a rocks glass.
- Add whiskey and apple cider and stir to combine.
- Add ice and garnish with a cinnamon stick and an apple slice.

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 3/4 oz St~Germain Elderflower Liqueur
- 1/4 oz Simple syrup
- 3/4 oz Fresh lime juice
- 1 oz Fresh fuji apple juice
- 3/4 oz Champagne
Preparation
- Add all the ingredients, except the Champagne, to a shaker and fill with ice.
- Shake, and strain into a tumbler filled with fresh ice.
- Top with the Champagne and garnish with some apple cubes.

Maple Pecan Rye
Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 2 dashes of Walnut bitters
- 1/2 oz Maple syrup
- 1 oz Carpano Antica
- Smoked and Candied Pecans
- Orange zest
Preparation
- Combine whiskey, Carpano, and walnut bitters into a mixing glass with 2/3 full of ice. Stir.
- Dip rim of rocks glass in maple syrup then rollin crushed smoked and candied pecans.
- Strain, pour over ice and top with zest of orange peel.

Ingredients
- 1 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 2 oz Ginger beer
- 2 oz Club soda
- Lemon juice
- Lemon slice (or Peach if in season!)
Preparation
- Mix the Rye, ginger beer and club soda in mixing glass.
- Stir and pour over ice.
- Add a splash of lemon juice and garnish with lemon (or peach) wedge.
