A strong Colorado rye punch followed calm vanilla, pepper, and leather notes.

Aging Process
Our single barrel rye whiskey is aged between three and six years in new 30-gallon oak barrels from Minnesota’s Barrel Mill; we select from char levels 2, 3, 4, and 5.
We dump each barrel into separate 30-gallon drums where we add our hand-cut, hand-charred aspen discs that continue aging the whiskey for an additional 8 months. Our single barrel rye whiskey is unfiltered and cask strength; it’s as close as you can get to drinking straight from one of our barrels.
