Aging Process
Aged for over 5 years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels, this bourbon is finished with hand-cut aspen discs. The aspen is harvested from private land owners’ property in Grand County that was affected by the East Troublesome Fire that ravaged Grand County in 2020. These naturally burned aspen discs add a unique smokiness to complement the wonderful honey & vanilla notes.
