Taste
Rich, slightly chocolatey profile, underscored by smooth maple sweetness. The flavor is perfectly balanced by a hint of spice, featuring the warmth of cinnamon, and a lively kick of white pepper.
Finish

Aging Process
Aged for over 5 years in new 53-gallon American oak barrels, this bourbon is finished with hand-cut aspen discs. The aspen is harvested from private land owner’s property in Grand County that were affected by the East Troublesome Fire that ravaged Grand County in 2020. These naturally burned aspen discs add a unique smokiness to compliment the wonderful honey & vanilla notes.
