A batch-worthy riff on the classic Old Pal.

• 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
• ¾ oz Rockwell Extra Dry Vermouth
• ¼ oz Aperol

Garnish

• Orange Twist

Glassware

• Nick & Nora

1. Combine ingredients in a mixing glass.
2. Add ice.
3. Stir to combine.
4. Strain into a Nick & Nora glass.
5. Garnish with an expressed orange twist.
6. Serve and enjoy!
