• 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
  • 1/4 oz sweet vermouth
  • 1/4 oz dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz maple syrup
  • Dash of bitters
  • Bacon


  1. Make candied bacon by placing bacon on a baking sheet. Coat in brown sugar and maple syrup and cook at 425 for 10 minutes.
  2. Add more syrup then bake for another 5-10 mins until crispy.
  3. Place ice in a mixing glass. Pour in vermouth, then whiskey, and stir.
  4. Strain into a cocktail glass.
  5. Add a dash of bitters if desired, and garnish with bacon
