The Veronica "Espresso Martini"
Ingredients
- 1.25 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 1 oz Coffee Liqueur
- Shot of Espresso
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Fill halfway with ice, then stir vigorously about a dozen times.
- Strain in mixture into a martini glass
- Garnish with 3 espresso beans

Improved Whiskey Cocktail
Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- .25 oz Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur
- .25 oz Simple Syrup
- 2 dashes Angostura Bitters
- Lemon Peel
Preparation
- In a cocktail shaker, combine all ingredients. Fill halfway with ice, then stir vigorously about a dozen times.
- In an old-fashioned glass with a giant ice cube strain in mixture.
- Wipe the rim of the glass with the lemon peel then add to the glass.

Ginger + Locke
Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
- Splash of Soda Water or Soda
- Squeeze of Lemon
- Candied Ginger
Preparation
- Pour Rye, Ginger Liqueur, soda and lemon over a large ice cube in a classic rocks glass
- Add Candied Ginger and stir
