Ingredients

  • 2 oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye
  • 1 oz Domaine de Canton Ginger Liqueur
  • Splash of Soda Water or Soda
  • Squeeze of Lemon
  • Candied Ginger

Preparation

  1. Pour Rye, Ginger Liqueur, soda and lemon over a large ice cube in a classic rocks glass
  2. Add Candied Ginger and stir
