pineapple basil smash recipe
The perfect summer cocktail for every occasion.
Ingredients
- 2 ½ oz Locke + Co. Aspen Aged Rye Whiskey
- 6 pineapple chunks
- 4 basil leaves
- 1/4 oz lemon juice
- 1/2 oz Agave syrup
Preparation
- Muddle basil and pineapple chunks, add lemon juice, agave and whiskey
- Shake for at least 30 secs very very hard.
- Strain over ice.
