Firebreak Spritz Recipe

The Firebreak Spritz is a bright, refreshing bourbon cocktail made with Locke + Co Distlling Big Blaze Bourbon, fresh lemon, honey syrup, sparkling water, and a hint of rosemary smoke. Light, citrusy, and just a little smoky, it is built for patio afternoons, backyard dinners, and any occasion that calls for something crisp and refreshing.
Ingredients
- 1½ oz Locke + Co Distilling Big Blaze Bourbon
- ¾ oz Fresh Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Honey Syrup (1:1 Honey to Warm Water)
- 2 oz Sparkling Water
- 1 oz Dry Sparkling Wine (optional, for extra lift)
- Dash of Aromatic Bitters
- Garnish: lemon wheel + lightly torched Rosemary Sprig
Preparation
- Fill a large wine glass with ice. Add Big Blaze Bourbon, lemon juice, and honey syrup.
- Top with sparkling water and sparkling wine (if using).
- Add a dash of bitters and give a gentle stir.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and a lightly torched rosemary sprig for a subtle smoky aroma.
