aging process
We age our Bourbon Whiskey for over two years in brand new 53-gallon Missouri oak barrels. Using both high rye and high wheat mash builds, we create a confluence of bold, balanced flavors.
We finish the whiskey by dropping our used hand-cut and charred aspen wood discs from our rye whiskies as well as some new charred aspen wood discs to create a bourbon with a Taste Like None Other.
