• ¾ oz  Lock + Co Distilling Aspen Aged Rye
• ¾ oz Lock + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon
• ½ oz Demerara Syrup
• ½ oz Lemon Juice
• ½ oz Orange Juice
• ½ oz Pineapple Juice
• Bar spoon of Grenadine
• 1 dash Angostura Bitters 

Garnish

• Pineapple Frond (Optional)

Method

1. Add whiskey, demerara syrup, fruit juices, grenadine, and bitters to a shaker tin.
2. Add ice and shake well.
3. Strain into a glass filled with crushed ice.
4. Garnish with a pineapple frond.
5. Serve and enjoy!
