Vieux Carre Recipe
This stiff rye cocktail was born in New Orleans, and we added a Colorado twist with our Locke + Co Aspen Aged Rye Whiskey.
Ingredients
- 3/4 oz Locke + Co. Distilling Aspen Aged Rye
- 3/4 oz Cognac
- 3/4 oz Martini sweet vermouth
- 1 tsp Bénédictine
- 2 dashes Peychaud’s bitters
- 2 dashes Angostura bitters
Preparation
- Add all ingredients to a rocks glass.
- Fill with ice and stir.
