Strong honey, vanilla notes with hints of dried berries, maple syrup and walnuts

Full-bodied with caramel, honey, and vanilla. Some rye spice and peppercorn round out the palate.

Long finish with caramel, black pepper, toffee, light brown sugar, cinnamon

We age our Bourbon Whiskey for over two years in brand new 53-gallon Missouri oak barrels. Using both high rye and high wheat mash builds, we create a confluence of bold, balanced flavors.

We then finish this bourbon by dumping the barrels into large tanks and adding some rye-soaked, charred aspen discs as well as some first-use charred aspen discs to create a bourbon with a Taste Like None Other.
