Bitter Sweet Cherry Whiskey Sour Recipe
A refreshing take on a whiskey sour where bold cherry flavor meets zesty lemon and a cloudlike foam that makes every sip feel a little indulgent.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Locke + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon
- 1 oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Simple Syrup
- ½ oz Cherry Syrup
- 2 Dashes Cherry Bitters

Preparation
- Add the bourbon, lemon juice, simple syrup, cherry syrup, cherry bitters, and egg white to a shaker tin.
- Dry shake (without ice) vigorously for about 15 seconds to emulsify and foam the egg white.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again until well chilled (about 15–20 seconds).
- Double strain into a chilled glass to create a smooth, creamy foam.
- Allow the foam to settle briefly, then garnish with a cherry.
