Peachy Keen Cocktail Recipe

Nothing beats the flavor of a ripe Palisade peach. The Peachy Keen cocktail combines fresh fruit, cool mint, and Locke + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon for a refreshing sip you can enjoy any time of year.

Ingredients

Garnish

  • Peach Slice (Optional)
  • Mint Leaf (Optional)

Glassware

  • Rocks Glass

Method

  1. Combine the diced peach, mint leaves, and brown sugar syrup into a shaker tin & Muddle.
  2. Add lemon juice, Locke +Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon and ice. Shake until WELL chilled.
  3. Strain into a glass filled with ice.
  4. Garnish with a  a peach slice and mint leaf.
  5. Serve and enjoy!

Try A Low Proof or No Proof Version

Low Proof

A lighter proof with full flavor.

  • 1 oz Lock + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon
  • 1 oz Headwater (Zero-proof spirit)
  • ½ oz Lemon Juice
  • ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
  • ½ Palisade Peach
  • 3 Mint Leaves

Use the Same Garnish, Glassware and Method as above.
