Peachy Keen Cocktail Recipe
Nothing beats the flavor of a ripe Palisade peach. The Peachy Keen cocktail combines fresh fruit, cool mint, and Locke + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon for a refreshing sip you can enjoy any time of year.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Lock + Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup
- ½ Palisade Peach
- 3 Mint Leaves
Garnish
- Peach Slice (Optional)
- Mint Leaf (Optional)
Glassware
- Rocks Glass
Method
- Combine the diced peach, mint leaves, and brown sugar syrup into a shaker tin & Muddle.
- Add lemon juice, Locke +Co Distilling Big Catch Bourbon and ice. Shake until WELL chilled.
- Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish with a a peach slice and mint leaf.
- Serve and enjoy!

- 1 oz Headwater (Zero-proof spirit)
- ½ oz Lemon Juice
- ½ oz Brown Sugar Syrup

- 2 oz Headwater (Zero-proof spirit)
- Top with Peach Fresca
